Northway Aviation is a Cessna Pilot Center and an FAA Part 141 approved flight school. Our training methods have been used to train more pilots than any other! As an approved school, our training qualifies for student loans! If you are from out of town and interested in an intensive training program, we recommend you stay at the Best Western Navigator Inn & Suites - just ask for the Northway Aviation rate.

We offer a full day ground school class, typically around 8 hours with lunch, for the Garmin G1000. You’ll learn how to safely operate in the VFR environment, see tips and tricks that get the most out of the system, and gain a solid background in the systems that run this outstanding situational awareness tool. The course costs $200, but members get $50 off!

If you sign up for the course in 2010, the full price will be credited towards your flight training in our G1000 aircraft. Training typically includes up to 10 hours of dual instruction, and 2.5 hours of pre and post flight instruction.
